SRQHoyas - Plants and Cuttings
[revised August 25, 2010]

Welcome to my lanai where I grow most of my wonderful plants.

When I moved into my home, I was lucky enough to have a spacious caged in pool with an abundance of deck spaced which I converted into my 'greenhouse'.  Each area receives a different amount and type of sunlight and also rainwater. For the most part my hoyas are given rainwater and seem to appreciate it by rewarding me with healthy and vigorous new growth and many blooms.

I am dedicated to selling healthy and happy plants that are well established and many have already bloomed at least once.  On occasion I may consider distributing cuttings by special request but that will be on a case by case basis.

For the most part my plants are growing in a sphagnum peat/perlite medium and fertilized with Eleanor's VF-11 or MSU and Chicky Poo. Also, once a year I treat every plant with BATS to ward off any pests and in the spring I use Messenger followed by a foliage fertilizer to jump start them into their growing season.
